The Bowers DigiMic Digital External Micrometers are high-precision measuring instruments designed for accurate external dimensional measurement in engineering, manufacturing and quality control environments. Featuring integrated Bluetooth connectivity, these advanced digital micrometers allow measurement data to be transferred to compatible devices, helping streamline inspection processes and digital quality control workflows.
Engineered for demanding industrial applications, the Bowers DigiMic range combines robust construction with IP67 protection, maintaining its sealed design even when connected. An extra-large 11.7mm high-contrast digital display provides clear measurement readings, while the ergonomic, backlash-free design supports comfortable and consistent operation. The micrometers also feature an automatic standby mode after 10 minutes of inactivity and movement-activated wake-up through the thimble, helping conserve battery power without losing the current reference position.
Available in four individual measuring ranges from 0–25mm through to 75–100mm, the DigiMic series provides maximum permissible errors of 0.002mm or 0.003mm depending on the model. A complete 0–100mm four-micrometer set is also available. Compatible with Bowers Connect solutions, including a free iOS and Android application for measurement data capture, the DigiMic range offers a practical combination of precision measurement, wireless connectivity and workshop durability. All micrometers are supplied with a UKAS Certificate of Calibration and exceed BS 870, DIN 863/1 and ISO 3611 requirements.
