The Bowers XT3 Digital Pistol Grip Bore Gauge with Bluetooth is a premium precision measuring instrument designed for fast, accurate and repeatable internal bore measurement. Combining ergonomic handling with advanced Bluetooth connectivity, the XT3 Series is ideal for manufacturing, aerospace, automotive and quality control applications where efficiency and traceability are essential.
The ergonomic pistol grip design features a large, clear swivel LCD display with simple two-button operation, allowing comfortable measurement even in confined spaces. Built-in Bluetooth provides bi-directional communication and proximity output for seamless data transfer to SPC systems and quality management software.
Available in measuring ranges from 2mm to 300mm, the XT3 utilises self-centring 2-point and 3-point measuring heads for exceptional accuracy. Tungsten carbide measuring faces are fitted to all 3-point heads from 12.5mm upwards, ensuring outstanding wear resistance and long service life. Every gauge is supplied with a matched UKAS-certified setting ring and fitted wooden storage case.
