The Moore & Wright Non-Ferrous Coating Thickness Gauge is a compact, high-precision instrument designed for measuring non-conductive coatings on non-magnetic metal substrates. Using the eddy current measuring method, it is ideal for inspecting paint, powder coating, anodising and other protective coatings across a wide range of industrial applications.
Featuring an integrated probe and bright backlit graphic LCD display, the gauge is ready for immediate use without calibration. Zero-point correction and one-point calibration functions allow the instrument to be quickly adapted to different substrate materials and component geometries, ensuring consistent and reliable measurement results.
With storage for up to 500 readings and built-in statistical analysis, the gauge enables users to review measurement series and key statistical values directly on the instrument. Supplied complete with calibration accessories and a manufacturer's certificate, it provides everything required for professional coating thickness inspection.
