The Moore & Wright Manual Ultrasonic Hardness Tester is a professional-grade portable instrument designed for fast and accurate hardness testing across a wide range of metallic materials. Utilising advanced ultrasonic contact impedance (UCI) technology, it provides highly repeatable measurements whilst displaying multiple hardness scales simultaneously for improved efficiency.
Featuring a large 3.2" colour display and intuitive menu system, the tester allows simple configuration, calibration and measurement setup. Configurable averaging enables users to improve repeatability over multiple readings, whilst onboard memory stores up to 1,000 measurements for later analysis and reporting.
