The Moore & Wright 316 Series Dial Bore Gauge Sets are precision instruments designed for accurate and repeatable internal diameter measurement. Suitable for engineering workshops, manufacturing facilities, inspection departments and quality control environments, the range provides a practical solution for checking bores, cylinders and machined holes.
Each gauge uses interchangeable anvils and extension washers to cover its specified measuring range. The self-centring contact arrangement helps the operator locate the correct measuring position quickly, while the precision indicator provides clear comparative readings during bore inspection.
The range includes mechanical dial bore gauges with a 0.01mm resolution, as well as the MW316-12D digital model with a finer resolution of 0.001mm / 0.00005". Measuring depths from 50mm to 205mm are available to suit a variety of bore sizes and component depths.
Supplied in a fitted storage case, each set includes the appropriate interchangeable anvils and extension washers required for its measuring range.
