The Moore & Wright Dial Test Indicator 420 Series is a precision inspection instrument designed for alignment, runout measurement, comparative gauging and precision engineering applications. Manufactured to ANSI B89.1.10 and DIN 2270 standards, the 420 Series delivers reliable and repeatable measurement performance in workshop, inspection and quality control environments.
Featuring high precision fully jewelled bearings and automatic reversal of measuring direction, the indicator provides smooth and accurate operation regardless of probe orientation. The rotating dial and dual dovetail clamps offer flexible mounting and easy readability during setup and measurement tasks.
Each indicator is fitted with a carbide contact point and a 12mm (1/2") stylus with M1.4 thread, making the 420 Series suitable for a wide range of inspection and alignment applications. Available in both metric and imperial formats, the range provides solutions for users working to either measurement system.
