The Moore & Wright MWT-1200 Surface Roughness Tester is a professional portable instrument designed for advanced surface finish measurement in engineering, manufacturing and quality control environments. Compact, lightweight and simple to operate, it provides fast and highly accurate measurements whilst offering comprehensive data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Equipped with a bright 2" LCD display, the MWT-1200 can display both measurement results and surface waveforms, including Abbott curves for detailed surface analysis. The extended probe allows easy measurement inside bores and other difficult-to-access internal surfaces, making it suitable for a wide range of inspection applications.
Supporting ISO, DIN, ANSI and JIS standards, the instrument measures fourteen different roughness parameters and stores up to 500 complete measurement sets including raw data and waveforms. Results can be transferred directly to a PC using the supplied software for graphical analysis, reporting and export to Microsoft Excel.
